Starlink FAQ

Starlink do not have any monitored telephone line or email addresses. For current customers the ONLY way to contact Starlink is through the support website or through the App by pressing the envelope icon in the top right corner.
The official answer is No! Your Starlink kit is linked to your account and payment details. You can request to transfer service to a new user, but this is not guaranteed. Please open a support ticket for more information
